The main advantages of the hotel in my opinion: 1. free parking next to the facility. 2. 5-minute walk to the tram station that leads to the center. 3. The offer in the hotel lobby is excellent, you can buy drinks, food, snacks and sweets.

The staff is super helpful and speaks different languages. The rooms are very clean and the cleanup is on point. A bit on the smaller side, but still really comfortable and well equipped. The bed was awesome. Best sleep I had this trip. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and fresh products. Location was a bit far from the centre, but with the tran nearby, it is really easy to move from one part to the other. Loved my stay at the hotel Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The room was clean, beds comfortable, decently sized fridge and good bathroom. The staff were helpful and present 24/7. We came and went freely. Easy access to the city centre via tram which is 5-10 minute walk away. Good place to use as a base if you are going to be out most of the day. Not high end luxury, but this is expected given the price. Value for money in my opinion.

-Free parking -Satisfactory breakfast -Close to public transportion -Staff was very helpful and kind. Especially, the lady working at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the receptionist on duty the day we checked in was also helpful. We needed an iron and he provided one immediately.

Room was good. We got it for parking, picked up rental car from the airport, but parking was limited. Had to struggle for parking, when we came back from dinner after 10 pm. But stuff was always open to help. Had most of the necessary items you need in lobby (you must pay). I would stay there again if I have to pickup car form the airport.

The staff were super helpful, breakfast was awesome, room although small and a bit cramped was sufficient for our 3 night stay. T2 tram easy to get to and able to buy tickets at tram stop. Car parking outdoor carpark and undercover car park available and secure. Also a bonus was our room must have been near to a kitchen or bakery because every morning we woke up to our room smelling like fresh baked croissants hahaha

The room was super spacious and had aircon which was great for the warm weather. The bed was really comfy and the toilet really nice as well with bidet. Not too far from the tram (5 minute walk) which takes you straight to the city centre and to the airport as well. This hotel was a really good choice for us, not too expensive like the ones in town but close enough to all transports. Also, they have 24 hour check in, our flight was really late and we only got there at 3am but had no problem getting in the room!

The Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo Di Giustizia is something you just need to experience. Yes, it's a BnB, but.... With a twist! It has a self serving area on ground floor, where you can get cool drinks and even prep food you find there in a fridge in a microwave. So, no need to got to bed without a night cap ;-) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just ask. The rooms are clean and neat. Uneventful, but serving the purpose. Pets are no issue. My Samoyed was the start at the front desk. They almost forgot to check my credit card over her ;-) The location is about 2 miles from city center. So, you need a car or other means of transportation, if you want to visit Florence center.

We had an amazing stay!! We could check in a bit earlier, the staff was really nice and helpful and the room was absolutely beautiful! We also got a free buffet breakfast because we subscribed to their newsletter, so that was awesome! The location is great, and there is a tram stop only 5 mins from the hotel. The check out is at 12 which gives you extra time in the morning. :)
